    I live too far away from Toronto to be able to enjoy the loaves of triple kimel rye bread, that my family literally grew up on. I have tasted rye bread from all over the world but nothing compared with the Health Bread Triple Kimel that came from the Lawrence Plaza location in North York, Toronto. My Father would pick up several loaves on a friday afternoon for the traditional "Old cheddar cheese and hot banana pepper sandwichs on triple kimel rye. Hmmm! I'm salivating. I sent an e-mail, asking for the recipe. All the bakery goods were wonderful but their triple kimel rye is/was legendary. William
